Ahnenblatt 4.22 and 4.21

Ahnenblatt, a commercial Windows genealogy program, has received two updates in the last week, to Ahnenblatt 4.21 and Ahnenblatt 4.22. Ahnenblatt 4.22 is a minor update – just a single bug fix for plausibility checks, based on my rough translation, concerning branches of your tree that ended.

Ahnenblatt 4.21 on the other hand added a new plausibility check for too many biological parents (an issue that can happen when merging files and people if a duplicate person with different parents is found), and optimized the GEDCOM import of several other genealogy programs. Duplicate people are now handled better or “stricter”, and there are more checks (names of parents, place of birth, etc.).
