Ahnenblatt 4.09 was recently released on the 25th of June, 2024) and Ahnenblatt 4.08 was released on the 19th of June.
Ahnenblatt 4.09 was a bug fix release (mainly place management). Ahnenblatt 4.08 added search and filter features for places and sources.
It’s available for Windows Vista through Windows 11, with a demo version available here, which allows the entry of up to 50 people (with reports being watermarked), but you can import GEDCOM files and previous Ahnenblatt files with no limits. There is also a USB-based install version available as well as a “portable” version of the genealogy app which doesn’t require a full installation.
