The free, PHP-based online genealogy web application HuMo-gen was updated to HuMo-gen 6.7.9 is now out. There have been a lot of updates to HuMo-gen over the past few months, and HuMo-gen 6.7.9 adds processing of clergy and officiator, GEDCOM 7 as the default export, additional options to the Source Editor, and internet links can be added to a family.
It’s advised to use at least PHP 8.0 – 8.2 and has been tested up through PHP 8.2.15. If you currently use it, update within HuMo-gen or you can update manually from the SourceForge project site: https://sourceforge.net/projects/humo-gen/files or the main page: https://humo-gen.com/. ALWAYS remember to backup your database before upgrading.
Data is added either by manually editing your family tree directly online, or by importing a GEDCOM file from your genealogy program. You can view a demo here (humo-gen.com) at the official site.
