These are the “minor” genealogy software updates that have been released since last Sunday, December 15, 2024. BillionGraves for Android added a “Low Power Mode” which might be very welcome – I’m guessing it has to do with GPS or perhaps dimming the screen or dealing with updates. FamilySearch Tree for Android received some interface updates, as well as a pedigree view update.
Findmypast for Android integrated the Findmypast podcast series into the app, so you can stream from within the app, with the benefit that it gives you inks to related collections or record sets for the episode you are listening to.

Note: iOS/iPadOS (iPhone, iPad) and Google Android updates, as well as browser extensions, need to be downloaded from their respective stores. It’s not uncommon for the version numbers and release dates between the same app on different platforms (iPhone vs Android) to be different or slightly off. When the updates are the same between two platforms, the updates are only listed once.
