The macOS genealogy program GEDitCOM II was updated a few days ago to GEDitCOM II version 3.0, Build 3.
This is a free upgrade for currently-registered users of GEDitCOM II and can be downloaded here: http://www.geditcom.com/GCDown.html
It requires at least macOS High Sierra 10.13 or higher, and is compatible with macOS Monterrey (macOS 12.5) and macOS Ventura. This version is based on GEDCOM 5.5.1, and may not display data correctly if opened in older versions of GEDitCOM II.
If you are running an older version of macOS/OS X, you will need to download GEDitCOM II version 3.0, Build 2 at the link above, which runs on macOS Yosemite 10.10 to macOS Sierra 10.12.
