Last week, Genea.ca released a new version of their Genealogy Assistant for Google Chrome. It’s a Chrome browser extension (full video at the bottom) that adds over 30 custom and new features to Ancestry, MyHeritage, and FamilySearch websites inside of the Google Chrome browser as you brows those sites, and allows you to customize those pages when using Google Chrome. The last 4 releases have been new features and bug fixes.
It adds everything from screenshot tools to DNA tools for Ancestry and MyHeritage, to research tools, and its strengths seem to be for those using one of the Ancestry.com genealogy services – a lot of features too numerous to list here, so check out this page (or the video at the bottom of the post):
